Property View Page
Overview

On the View and Edit Listing page, the lister can update property images, edit property details, change the listing status, or remove the listing entirely. This mini dashboard is designed to help monitor and manage the property's presentation across the platform.

Images
  • 1. Update Images: Click on the image you want to update. A popup will appear, allowing you to upload a new image to replace the selected one.
  • 2. Add More Images: Click the "Add" button or the plus icon to upload additional images. Propsho allows a maximum of 20 images per property.
Property Video
  • 1. Upload or Update Video: Click the "Upload" button. A popup will appear with options to upload a new video or update the existing one.
  • 2. Delete Video: To remove a video, click the "Upload" button. In the popup that appears, you'll find a delete option to remove the current video.

Property Details
  • 1. Location: Location details on Propsho are permanent and cannot be updated once set. This ensures the integrity of listings and helps prevent false or fraudulent property entries.
  • 2. Details: This section includes key property information such as title, description, bedrooms, bathrooms, garage, parking, floor size, and property size. All these can be updated except for the property type. To make changes, simply erase the existing values and enter new ones.
  • 3. Property Status: This tab allows you to mark the property as sold, remove the listing, or temporarily unlist it.

Property Amenities

This tab displays all the amenities added by the agent or lister, with options to edit or delete them as needed.

Financials

The Financials tab allows you to update key property-related financial information, including the selling or rental amount, monthly rates, transfer duty, viewing dates, and viewing times. All these fields are editable.

Branding

The Branding tab enables agents or listers to manage the visual identity of their listings. For authenticity and professional representation, users can add their personal or agency branding to their listings.
